ckrikex Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ckrikex platform — including the website, mobile interface, sports betting markets, casino games, slots, and wallet services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ckrikex (the "Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

ckrikex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the ckrikex platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any other language version of platform content, the English version shall prevail at all times.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ckrikex. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ckrikex is strictly limited to adults. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an account on the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. 18+
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing ckrikex from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list you have submitted to ckrikex or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party when registering or placing bets.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

ckrikex is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your name).

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on ckrikex — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and wallet functionality — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must not use false, misleading, or another person's information during registration. ckrikex reserves the right to cross-verify all submitted details against official identity documents.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active ckrikex account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, mobile number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at ckrikex's sole discretion, and all associated bonuses and winnings from the secondary accounts will be void.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ckrikex login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. ckrikex will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@ckrikex.

3.4 Account Accuracy

It is your ongoing responsibility to keep your account information up to date. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method must be reported to our support team promptly. ckrikex cannot be held liable for failed payments, missed communications, or account access issues arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ckrikex processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. No foreign currency transactions are accepted.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Finance / Wallet section of your account.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ckrikex wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours during business hours.
• ckrikex does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.
• All withdrawals require your account to have completed identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Processing times for bKash and Nagad are typically under 4 hours once approved.
• ckrikex reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

4.3 Refused Transactions

ckrikex reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such cases, the platform may freeze the associated account pending investigation and notify the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All betting, gaming, and casino activity on ckrikex is subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game, or event. The following general rules apply across all sections of the platform.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• ckrikex offers markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability is subject to change.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform. ckrikex reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific event rules applicable to that market. In most cases, stakes on void markets are returned to the player's wallet.
• Maximum win limits apply per market. These limits are displayed within each betting market and may vary by sport, event, and bet type.

5.2 Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games on ckrikex are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage.
• ckrikex acts as the platform operator for casino games. The game providers operate independently and are responsible for the technical operation, fairness, and RNG certification of their respective games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected round will be declared void and the wager returned to the player's account. ckrikex is not liable for losses arising from malfunction of third-party game software.
• Live casino sessions are streamed in real time. Connection interruptions on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of wagers already placed in an active round.

5.3 Prohibited Betting Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckrikex and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome using bonus funds.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or casino game results.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in betting markets.
• Any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider information use in sports betting markets.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ckrikex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a minimum deposit amount, wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement), eligible games or markets, and expiry period. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and in the Finance / Wallet section of your account.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• ckrikex reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

ckrikex actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns. Any player found to be exploiting promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies solely on bonus funds, or systematically withdrawing bonus winnings before wagering requirements are met — will have their bonus funds cancelled and may have their account suspended.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ckrikex account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ckrikex. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method following standard verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

ckrikex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent account information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Age verification failure or evidence of underage access.
• Duplicate account activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward ckrikex staff or other players.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged for review).

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to access any gaming or betting services on ckrikex, and all promotional communications will be suspended. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckrikex and its officers, employees, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from the inherent risk of gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption of service, technical downtime, or maintenance windows affecting access to betting markets or casino games.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your ckrikex account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions, errors, or omissions by third-party game providers, payment processors, or mobile wallet operators that are beyond ckrikex's reasonable control.

8.1 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that a technical error has affected the outcome of a casino game, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event or game session by contacting support at support@ckrikex. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. ckrikex's decision on all disputes is final and binding, subject to the review process described in our support documentation.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the ckrikex platform — including logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the property of ckrikex or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission from ckrikex.

8.3 Amendments to These Terms

ckrikex may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If you disagree with any changes, your sole remedy is to close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
