3. Account Registration & Security

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

- ckrikex reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
4.3 Refused Transactions
ckrikex reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such cases, the platform may freeze the associated account pending investigation and notify the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

5. Betting & Casino Rules
All betting, gaming, and casino activity on ckrikex is subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game, or event. The following general rules apply across all sections of the platform.
5.1 Sports Betting
- All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
- ckrikex offers markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability is subject to change.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform. ckrikex reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice.
- If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific event rules applicable to that market. In most cases, stakes on void markets are returned to the player's wallet.
- Maximum win limits apply per market. These limits are displayed within each betting market and may vary by sport, event, and bet type.
5.2 Casino & Live Casino
- All casino games on ckrikex are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage.
- ckrikex acts as the platform operator for casino games. The game providers operate independently and are responsible for the technical operation, fairness, and RNG certification of their respective games.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected round will be declared void and the wager returned to the player's account. ckrikex is not liable for losses arising from malfunction of third-party game software.

5.3 Prohibited Betting Activity

- Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

- Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
ckrikex actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns. Any player found to be exploiting promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies solely on bonus funds, or systematically withdrawing bonus winnings before wagering requirements are met — will have their bonus funds cancelled and may have their account suspended.

7. Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your ckrikex account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ckrikex. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method following standard verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
ckrikex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent account information.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Age verification failure or evidence of underage access.
- Duplicate account activity.

- Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged for review).
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. 8. Limitation of Liability
